CUSTODIAN I - Part Time

PAY SCALE: $7.50 – $10.00 per hour

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS.
A high school diploma and 1 year custodial experience directly related to the area of employment. Must be able to work any shift.

PRIMARY DUTIES FOR THIS POSITION:
Report to a Custodian Lead who is responsible for the direction of custodial services in the facility. Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure. Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; empty and clean ash trays and cigarette urns and refill restroom dispensers. Wash walls and equipment; use ladders when required in work assignments. Secure building when facilities are not in use checking for unlocked doors and windows, report any unauthorized occupants, turn off lights. Attend to emergencies when necessary. Attend safety meetings and other related meetings. Take classes as required in cleaning methods and techniques, new products, First Aid, CPR, and working relationships. Assist with inventory control and security. Must be able to lift 20lbs. Perform related duties as required. Must be able to work any shift.

FLOOR TECHNICIAN - Part Time

PAY SCALE: $11.00 – $15.00 per hour

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS.
A high school diploma and 1 year floor care experience directly related to the area of employment. Must be able to operate and maintain buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc. Must be able to work any shift.

PRIMARY DUTIES FOR THIS POSITION:
Responsible for striping, cleaning, buffing and applying floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets. Must be able to lift 20lbs.

DISTRICT MANAGER - Full Time

PAY SCALE: $20,000 – $25,000 annually

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS.
A high school diploma and six (5) years of custodial experience, three (2) of which must have been in a supervisory position. Thorough knowledge of methods and products used in antiseptic cleaning. Must be able to work night shift.

PRIMARY DUTIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
Responsible for overseeing all facilities within the district assigned to. Answers any reasonable requests of building occupants through continuous communication (verbal and written.) District manager will create, assign and follow up on work orders to the Custodial Lead of the facility. Creates, plans and implements custodial services and safety programs; including training of personnel. Also be responsible for scheduling, conducting safety training and inspections. Maintain personnel records within the district responsible for and preparing monthly reports. Must be able to lift 20lbs.
